Venue infrastructure is not a simple purchase. Each area below is assessed and evidenced before installation begins.

We help clients understand whether planning permission, pre-application advice or a Lawful Development Certificate may be required.

We coordinate technical evidence for structural, safety, fire, electrical and access considerations where relevant.

We review project proposals against relevant tennis and padel dimensions, clearances, lighting and playing environment considerations.

We require site-specific structural calculations for wind, uplift, foundations, fixings and moving components.

We require qualified electrical design, certification, isolation, control systems and emergency safety functions.

We consider playing performance, glare, light spill, emergency lighting and control systems.

We check that foundations, roof water and condensation do not damage the playing surface or neighbouring land.

We require RAMS, lifting plans, site protection, commissioning and documented handover.
